This is essentially a field accompaniment with a dedicated, experienced senior technician to achieve two main objectives;
To consolidate classroom technical knowledge and skills and how to transpose these into the real world with outdoor elements.
To demonstrate and coach new customer engagement and teach how to convert new prospects into customers through our repair demonstration model.
This is typically three (3) days in the exclusive territory attending drop-in appointments with new prospects and any national accounts that might exist in the area. A hand holding exercise plus an additional 2 days of remote support, to ensure a streamlined transition into the ‘field’ for technicians and / or franchisees.
